Quotation requests and correspondence
We process your name, email, company, delivery country and city, products, quantities and supplied details to answer your enquiry and take requested steps before a contract. We rely on those requested pre-contract steps and our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence. Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months; contracts and invoices may have separate statutory retention periods.
Essential site functions
Your browser stores the product selection for 30 days and privacy choice for 180 days. The server keeps daily page-request totals for 90 days without retaining IP addresses or user identifiers in those statistics.
Analytics with your consent
With consent, we measure page and product views, additions to enquiries, search result counts and clicks on contact addresses. Contact measurement includes link placement, channel and relevant product, without message content or sender details. An email click is not confirmation that a message was sent. Local analytics stores neither search text nor IP addresses and removes events after 90 days. You can withdraw consent in Privacy settings; we also stop measurement when Do Not Track is enabled.
Service providers
Hosting and mail providers process operational data on behalf of the operator. The server is in Europe. Connection data is used temporarily to limit abuse and is not saved in enquiry or analytics records. When enabled, Cloudflare may process connection data for network operation and email routing. If the operator’s self-hosted Umami analytics is enabled, it receives consented usage data for visit, device and approximate-country reports, without enquiry text or contact details. Central reports follow the operator’s retention policy and remain until deleted.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing where applicable. Analytics consent can be withdrawn at any time. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including UODO in Poland. Use the privacy address above for data-related requests.
