Quotation and order confirmation
The website accepts production enquiries from businesses and organisations. The quotation defines specifications, quantities, prices, timing, payment and delivery. Orders are confirmed under the accepted offer and agreed confirmation procedure; submitting an enquiry alone does not create a purchase commitment.
Specifications and product imagery
Catalogue imagery presents format, design and customisation options. Final materials, dimensions, components and finishes are specified in your quotation and approved proof.
Artwork and approval
The client approves final text, illustrations, rules and artwork before production and confirms the right to use supplied material. Design, samples and tooling are specified in the quote. Changes after approval may affect price and timing. Client projects are not published as commercial references without agreement.
Product requirements and delivery
Testing, safety and labelling requirements are defined for the product, intended use and destination before manufacturing. The order agreement sets out transport, import, duties and tax arrangements, inspection and the process for reporting an issue.
